Very reputable. Prices are reasonable. I only went in to buy some compontents, so I can’t directly vouch for their repairs. That said, I did overhear a conversation with another customer where they will setup a VM for their old OS and take a disc image of the customer’s data – which is sensible.
The best IT service in Ballarat. Don, Andrew and all the people I had contact with while I was having my MacBook repaired were without exception very helpful and knowledgeable. They really went over and above to fix my computer. I’m very appreciative and definitely recommend them to everyone.
