I ordered a CPU for 7 day delivery, my payment went through no issues order successful. I wait a week and then get an update that my billing address is incorrect… on the 7th day??? Right before it’s supposed to arrive??? First off, they shouldn’t allow the payment to go through in the first place if the billing information is incorrect. Second, a 10 year old could resolve this issue. I responded to their email within 6 minutes of them sending asking for updated billing information… the next day they email saying they have cancelled my order, probably without even trying the updated billing address. This feels like such an avoidable problem, and they didn’t communicate at all throughout the ordeal. Now instead of me getting a CPU in 7 days, I have to wait for them to cancel the payment, and release my funds that they are holding hostage, before I can order another CPU. This entire issue, which is caused by improper website functionality and a monkey behind a desk processing the order, has delayed my plans by up to a month. Very unprofessional company, poor all round. Will avoid the name balicom forever. absolute con artists.

customer service have no idea of the consequences of a failed sla cancellation that hostages money, pair that with waiting for pending to fall off and ordering a new part from an ultimate supplier that can take up to a month – don’t accept the charge if you cannot fulfill, I literally have timestamps on the email: 15:03 – 15:09. Liars aswell as incompetent.

I received confirmation that the two items I ordered had been dispatched on the same day. However, the next day I received the web camera only, believing that the monitor would be delivered the following day. Still waiting to receive the monitor (9/03/2023), I phoned customer service to be told that the monitor was on backorder!
When ordering, your website did not say it was out of stock; I noticed today (9/03/2023) that it now says that.
Why was I not told this immediately after the order was placed? I have carried out all the chasing of this order with NO input from ballicom whatsoever!
I have just received (9/03/2023) your response regarding my telephone conversation, informing me that the monitor will be delivered on 28/03/2023!
This is an appalling service from a company that says it can be trusted; this differs from what I paid for.
Update: I still had to chase the progress of the order to get the monitor eventually delivered on 29/03/2023!
Your company does not provide customer service and should be renamed customer dissatisfaction team. Your prices may be competitive, but you must back them up with excellent customer service and aftercare.

I recently purchased a brand-new computer screen from Ballicom. Unfortunately, upon delivery, I discovered that the item was not new as advertised but appeared to be a used, returned product. I immediately reached out to their customer support team for assistance, but my concerns were not adequately addressed.
