My 2015 Macbook Air crashed on me a couple weeks ago, and prior to that it always needed to stay plugged in, I was sure I had to purchase a new laptop considering how hold it is. I called Baltech thinking that I could maybe purchase a new computer from there since it’s local, when I told Phil what was going on he said that he could easily fix my laptop by getting a new battery and upgrading the operating system, I thought it would be expensive but to my great surprise it wasn’t, he also replaced 2 keys that were all faded on my keyboard, for a total of $220 my computer is like brand new, and Phil gave me some great tips for the blue lights that is super hard on my eyesight, and he took the time to show me how to set up the display on my computer to what it was before the crash. I just can’t believe it still! I was sure I was going to spend 1k on a new computer but I didn’t have too. I’m so happy that he’s here locally, he’s extremely knowledgeable with computers, very professional and honest! Thank you SO much Phil! I highly recommend Baltech Electronics in Squamish.

This shop was EXTREMELY helpful. They called me multiple time throughout the repair process, tried to give me the fairest deal and saved me a lot of money. Very good communication and genuinely looks after the customer. Couldn’t recomend this place enough, especially as a better alternative to the apple store.
