I got my broken iPhone screen protector removed and replaced whilst I waited. It was done to an excellent level of quality.

This was my first time using this place, which is a small shop tucked away near the centre of Hertford.

Prices charged were VERY reasonable and they even let me use the replacement screen protector I had already purchased elsewhere. No hard-sell .. just great customer service and at a very reasonable price.

My daughter was having issues with her phone battery. I took it to Bandarband who quoted a very reasonable price for a battery replacement. The battery was not held in stock, so I had to bring the phone back a few days later and the job was done the same day. The phone is now working well and I couldn’t fault the service.

Had an issue with my Google Pixel and within a few minutes of chatting in the store he had provided me with a fix that meant I could continue to resolve it myself. Without his pointer I’d have been stuck… And yet he still refused to take any payment. Excellent service and will be returning if I need anything else!
