After just about writing off my well aged, most cherished iMac desktop due to a broken screen, I came across this repairer. Now I am no tech savvy person but from making first contact to collecting my repaired, highly cherish desktop iMac, the proprietor made it very clear and easy to understand what was required. No tech jargon used which is a plus for me. He gave me lots of advice and advised me on what options I had whilst the screen was removed with respect to upgrading the internals etc. There was no pressure what so ever to have extras done and the proprietor was just as happy to replace the screen without any extras. Before anything was started with the repair, I was given a quote for everything I asked to be completed which only changed when I agreed to changes made throughout the repair process. I can highly recommend this repairer and will certainly have my Mac laptops upgraded with company.
