I did a Google search for someone to hopefully fix my laptop and decided to take a chance on these guys … BEST decision!!! I left an online message and the next day I received a text and phone call from Jim offering assistance. I called and was able to deliver my laptop within the hour. Talking to Jim initially, he wasn’t sure what the problem was – when I switched it on, it buzzed and that was it, nothing opened, just a blank black screen!!! It was all fixed by the next afternoon – SUPER service. Jim was nice too, didn’t make me feel like an idiot for not knowing what was wrong … unlike the guys in Currys!!!

Went round to his Wednesday hoping to get parts installed and replaced on my computer, he did some investigating if the parts would work. Gave me what he would do and what he could do. Let me know what additional features I could add on in the future and never tried to overcharge me. Even taught me some new things about my pc I never knew. Overall a lovely chap and one i would go to again. Everything was quick and professional and I am highly satisfied. Couldn’t ask for a better professional anywhere else.

Jim fixed my Mac book pro for an amazing price. Jim was great at communicating the issue and fixed my laptop which was completely dead within 48 hours. I can’t express how greatful I am for Jim for being so efficient and helpful. Would 100% recommend if you need your laptop repaired! Thank you!!
