Once again BCS have exceeded all my expectations! Over a number of years they have built two PC systems for me that have suited my needs perfectly. Problems with family laptops have always been quickly and expertly dealt with. When I have issues that challenge my limited computer skills they provide the advice or practical help that I need – all dealt with in a friendly, helpful and efficient way by the nice lady in reception and then the technicians on duty. Well done BCS Computers!
Had a laptop with extensive water damage, (I already knew that) and they charged me PS25 to open it up and tell me that. The ‘Engineer’ told me it wasn’t the sort of thing he could do. I have took the laptop to a competitor since and they were happy to take a look at no cost (no corporate signed agreement needed) and were able to fix the issue. You won’t get any free advice or anything here. Don’t waste your time here, avoid!
Visited after lotsa research last week , and was well pleased that I had : friendly knowledgable advice and chat about all questions that i raised ; Decided then to purchased a New Printer for my Desk Top ; Now made that my First Port of Call for all my future many Computer issues : thank you very well done BCS Computers
