My laptop screen got cracked and the display became unusable. (Pro tip – Macbook users should NOT use one of those adhesive camera covers!!) The folks at beach Mac were super helpful. The repair was a bigger job than I had hoped but they clearly described what was needed, and threw in some extra parts that were needing replacement at no additional cost. More importantly, they went above and beyond to get it fixed and back to me in time for me to go out of town for a family emergency.

I dropped my macbook air off after an unfortunate coffee spill that corroded my charging ports. The tech was very friendly and clear in her explanation of what needed to be done and other possibilities. She also offered solutions up front if we needed to explore those possibilities. Monday at my cottage I decided I’d kind of like a new iPad. Problem is I’m four hours from BeachMac store in Toronto.
