Worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. My MacBook has been with this company since October so over 2 months. I kept being told it was being fixed, new battery etc and it still wasn’t working. When I finally had enough I asked for my laptop to be given back in the condition it was in and they had supposedly fixed it so when I went to collect it from the shop it wasn’t there. 4 occasions I went to collect it and it wasn’t there I was told it was going to be dropped to my home it didn’t happen twice. I’ve now collected the laptop and they haven’t given the charger! So now I’ve been chasing this up and they’ve now given me a charger but it’s not my one and they are saying it is I cannot believe the poor service and lack of care from this company! This was meant to be sorted for Christmas but unfortunately hasn’t been
Very helpful, they helped me fix my SIM card tray and get my SIM card out for me. I am a wheelchair user and they helped me in and out of the shop as well as offering me a bottle of water, thank you
