Went here a few years back to get an iPad screen repaired. They gave it back to me with a broken wobbly home button and they had broken the part of my iPad that registered where on the screen I touched. then a year later the glue they used to glue my screen down is useless at keeping the screen in place I had to result to using ductape to keep it down and now another year later the touch screen element is once again broken after they supposedly fixed it. All I wanted was a simple screen repair and they utterly destroyed my iPad and now it is completely unusable.
Can’t recommend this place enough! I’m a hearing aid user and completely rely on my hearing aids at home and for work. So, when I dropped and broke the port on my charging station, I was panicking as my aids are only designed to have a day’s charge.
I took the charging station down, left it for a couple of hours, came back and it was good as new. Really reasonable for the work, and saved me a lot of stress. Thanks so much!
Brilliant, efficient and trustworthy service. There doesn’t seem to be anything they can’t fix – BUT, if there was, they would tell you and be upfront about this. They are really honest and I found that refreshing. They saved me loads in both money and time compared to Apple and I would highly recommend.
