Steve literally knows everything there is to know about computers! It’s refreshing to get advice for the best options both financially and performance wise. Steve was a fantastic help to me after I was the victim of a hacker, he reassured me that sadly I was not alone in being taken in! After sorting out the computer (& telling me the hard drive was finished – this is what the hackers rely on, you having problems) he then recommended & installed a new laptop (& rescued my photos)then patiently taught me how to use it!
