We found Pat to be extremely knowledgeable, he quickly diagnosed the problem which he then rectified. Not only were we impressed with Pat’s competence, but loved his ability to explain computer geek stuff in layman’s terms so we could understand what was going on. Could not recommend Pat more highly.
Pat has been our I.T. guru for many years now. He is quick, reliable and always finds a solution. Recently he set up a system where I can access the work server from home, and the work server is backed up to home overnight.
A great experience, working with Pat! Knowledgeable, professional and punctual, and the 2 workstations were properly fixed on time. I gave him freedom to repair both computers and his rates were most affordable.
