Came to get a laptop that I was told was in stock and when I came I asked the advisor if this would work with an application and they told me “no, you need to get another one. That won’t work as it only works in S mode and can’t be taken out” then I was confused because the online application said it was okay and I could take the laptop out of the mode.

So I was like okay sure which ones would work; then the advisor proceeded to show me laptops that were nearly 6x the price that “would work” because they could be compatible”

Then after searching and calling I realized that the switch to take a laptop out of S mode is literally one click of a button .

Then after another 25 minutes they told me to go to Best Buy express which they tried denying my usage of a gift card because “they are a new store on a new system”

Often when you go into a store nowadays the service is not so good it seems rushed and lacking. We were pleased at the time Sim spent explaining the details and generally being helpful.
It truly made a difference in our understanding of the products we were buying. I would highly recommend when you are in Best Buy Abbotsford find Sim he’s your guy for the best information on products and excellent customer service!!!

Last night this Geek Squad van parked so close to my vehicle i couldn’t get in. This was at Tim Hortons at 5:15pm on South Fraser way. When I asked them to move the van the driver was very willing. However, the passenger threatened to not move until I was nicer to him. He was very intimidating and posturing at me. I was going to call the Police but didn’t think I needed to waste their time with this guy. I squeezed into my vehicle, having to fold my mirror and left. Very poor representation of a company.
