My recent experience with Best Buy Sarnia has left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated. I visited the store to purchase a new phone and set up a new plan, expecting a smooth and transparent transaction. However, what I got was anything but.
Upon receiving my first bill, I was shocked to find that I was being charged significantly more than the agreed-upon contract amount. Despite the assurances of the sales representative regarding the monthly charges, the reality was far from what was promised. It’s unacceptable to be hit with unexpected fees and charges, especially after explicitly discussing the terms of the contract.
What’s even more disappointing is the lack of accountability and assistance from the store’s staff. Despite visiting the store twice to address the issue, all I received were vague explanations and excuses. The phrase “we are just the middle men” was repeated like a broken record, deflecting responsibility rather than taking steps to resolve the issue. It’s unacceptable for a retailer to wash their hands of customer concerns, especially when they played a role in facilitating the transaction.
Overall, my experience with Best Buy Sarnia has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. From misleading pricing to lackluster customer service, I am deeply disappointed in the level of professionalism and integrity displayed by this store. I would caution anyone considering purchasing a phone or plan from Best Buy Sarnia to proceed with extreme caution, as you may end up paying far more than you bargained for.
Update I called and went to this website you had sent and still weeks gone by and I’ve received no phone call must of hoped I forgot huh?
Yesterday (20/12/2022) we bought a TV (TCL-50 inch).Back home, we opened the box and came to know that it was a damaged product, it’s display was completely broken as shown in the photo. Suddenly we returned to the store at Sarnia. We explained everything to them, they were just asking us to take the refund or exchange the product. The exciting thing happened was,during the purchase they were mentioning it’s the last piece out there which is due to the high demand and acceptance. Is this the way to make business??? Secondly we booked the rides up and down for the exchange, the customer care was not responsible for that and the talk with them made me realise that it’s all our fault.
