Went to mobile and spent several minutes there. Been stared at and not welcomed. Had to ask Fahad for help and he did make eye contact; however, very quiet. Didn’t smile at all and didn’t make me feel welcome at the store. Didn’t thank me for my business nor welcome me to return. Didn’t even try upgrading my phone either. I made my purchase and left only to be stared at by the lady by the exit like I was Shoplifting.

Generally American businesses that focus only on hiring foreign nationals who prioritize their own or hire based on affirmative action take a big drop in quality service and often don’t adapt well. You have to lower expectations for them to employ them and fill in spots and most will accept the bare minimum wage. We also have the worst applicants getting the job anyways. (not all places are like this but most of the time this is the case and why our country’s workforce quality is quite underwhelming).

So Best Buy doesn’t ship to P.O. boxes? Here’s an idea, how about don’t let your website process orders that contain P.O. boxes as an address. Nothing more frustrating than cancelling your order after the “shipped” email was sent. If you’re wondering, Amazon ships to P.O. boxes – Update – If i could provide a negative star review i would. Reached out to best buy contact us, received an email from them with a link to complete a survey and a chance to win $1,000. Only problem is, the link takes you to a survey that wants a secret password which “can be found at the bottom of your receipt” which it cant (been working on this for over 20 min). Couldn’t be more disappointed.. I will never use Best Buy nor will i refer a friend or business to go here. . Enough with the chat bots, automated links and run around. Sometimes a guy just wants to talk to a real human being to sort things out. JOKE

I purchased a phone not even a year ago from this location, I also purchased the 2 year protection plan, I know this as my bill at the time was well over $400. Today I noticed my screen has several cracks across it and called geek squad how to go about honoring the protection plan. After searching my name, phone number and email address the geek squad told me they didn’t have me in thier system and there was nothing to do to help me. The employee who sold me the phone stole $220 dollars from me so I suggest buying your phones and other electronics from a different place, and ask for a paper receipt and be sure to hold on to it because these employees failed to email me the receipt. I didn’t realize this at time of purchase because no one goes into a store to make a purchase expecting to get taken for more than $200. Will never shop best buy again
