Praveer S. deserves a raise!
Knowledgeable, patient, professional and fun! I came in shopping around for a new phone and potentially a new contract. My situation was a little tricky because of certain elements regarding my previous active phone contract. Praveer knew exactly how to help me and hooked me up with the newest iPhone, a better performing contract, and I am paying 15$ less each month. All with zero down!!!.
Give this man a medal because I have bounced around providers over the last decade and no one has ever gotten me a deal this good!
I am very happy with the results and even more satisfied with the exceptional customer service from Praveer. If there was ever a poster child for customer service, I can confidently say that Praveer steps up as a shining example.
His ability to manage my unique situation, his expertise around technical differences between each iPhone model, and his social skills to manage customer interactions is surpassed only by his personality that shined through as we were laughing and learning the entire time.
The only disappointing part of the entire experience is that I doubt I will be able have another experience like this at any other company.
So, my buddy and I popped into Best Buy all excited to snag ourselves a fancy sound bar. At first, things were looking good – a super-friendly dude helped us out, quick and professional.
But then came the payment part, and oh boy, did things take a nosedive. We had to deal with a specialist consultant named Fisola, and let’s just say, it wasn’t the friendliest encounter. Fisola seemed like she was having a rough day or something, ’cause she was straight-up rude and totally unprofessional.
Her vibe completely killed the whole shopping buzz we had going on. I mean, c’mon, we just wanted to buy a sound bar, not get an attitude from a sales rep.
This negative demeanor completely soured what was otherwise a promising shopping experience. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism at all times, and unfortunately, this was not the case during our interaction with Fisola.
Hope Best Buy takes a look at this and sorts it out ’cause nobody wants to deal with that kind of vibe when they’re out shopping.
