Customer service here is terrible and a lot of miss-communication between the employees. Everybody tells you something different. The need of proper training is evident specially for Mathesh and the other customer service lead who are supposed to be in charge of the operation but don’t know about proper procedures and the way they are supposed to talk to a customer.

Moboloji should be the manager as she was the only person capable of handling the situation. She was always calm and assertive. She definitely an asset for Best Buy.

Had the product I wanted, but made me wait 20 minutes after asking different associates three times to get something out of the cabinet. Nobody wanted to help me, they just kept paging each other in circles. I thought they must just be busy, but then an associate helped three people out of the same cabinet before me, even though they could see me standing there the whole time. I don’t know if they thought I didn’t have the money in comparison or something, will not be returning for these services.

I just bought a $2100 electric scooter from this location and got the best service. I asked for the manager because I was given a discount from the online order side, the store leader was very easy going and processed my discount without any hassle. He also offered to help me carry the 70Lbs package to my car outside of the store! The store leader himself! He could have gotten anyone else to do it. Exceptional service that has gone a long way!
