Disgusting store. I ordered a microwave here and had it delivered to my home. Indicated my phone number and subscribed to messages about the delivery status. The only message I received was that the courier had left. After that, no calls, no SMS. After another online status update, I saw that my parcel had not been delivered, the courier claims that he could not reach me by phone. I didn’t receive a single call. There was no SMS about the status change either. Technical support suggested that I resolve the issues myself, giving me a phone number where I could only leave a voice message. The technical support employee behaved rudely and constantly tried to end the conversation without giving me an answer to the question of when the package would be delivered to me now. The next day there was no change in status. I lost a whole day waiting for delivery because they don’t even indicate a possible delivery window. After my next contact with technical support (on the second day), they informed me that they would update the data after 2 p.m in the afternoon, and the parcel would be delivered to me by 4 p.m. in the afternoon. However, I did not receive any parcel. Only new data has appeared in the online tracker that the parcel is being prepared. When I contacted technical support again, the employee began to lie to me that the courier could not deliver the goods to me today, although according to their tracker he had not even left yet. Moreover, he said that they have done this three times already. Although, according to their data, the courier came to me only once. Disgusting service, I do not recommend anyone to buy anything from this store.

Came today to see phone deals around 5 pm. After waiting for 2 hour in line when I had my turn, customer service guy told me that it was false advertisement and he didn’t apologize at once. He was white, skinny and small guy. Disgusting behaviour. He told me that he can’t do anything about that. I was interested about s23 plan can be seen in attached pic. Never expected that mistake from best buy and it was there for whole no one noticed it too.

I went in there today for a gaming pc for my golf sim. I had the exact specs for what I needed but still had a few questions. If they had one that would suit my purposes I would have bought one. However, I stood at the back in the gaming pc section for over 20 minutes without so much as anyone sayin hi. Save yourself the frustration and go to Itech down the road. If I could give 0 stars for service I would!
