This is a little more towards Best Buy then the pembina location.

Twice I’ve ordered from best buy and received nothing but a run around.

Customer service has really gone downhill, instore and online. Customer service will not speak to the stores period!! can’t confirm inventory for a replacement after a run around, left on my own to address everything. Buy the TV again was the answer from BB support at full price and another $2000 out of pocket, good service.

used to buy all my electronics here but I think I done!

Certified open box is actually demo units, I received a cracked screen and corroded batteries in the remote. this unit was obvious very beat up and they still sold it as certified. box was beat up but not to crack the Tv, so geek squad packaged this up and sold it anyways.

Chatted with online told to go to the store…. best option i was told and how I was expected to return the broken TV anyways.

Pembina location no replacement inventory and only offered open box item as replacement (with no stock). After about 45 minutes of mgr “thinking about it” I was offered a newer TV for the same price but again no inventory.

Cashed out my gift card from the first bad experience, returned the TV.

Best buy wasted my time. I’ll try Visions or Walmart perhaps they would like my business.

Really really worst experience, I was talking to a best buy employee name “JUNED” when I visited the store. That person was rude to begin, I really hope best buy takes some time to teach there employees what does customer service means. Due to a recent power outage my console stopped working so I took it to best buy to see if they can help me. Now, I was told when I bought the best buy protection plan that, I would be covered for any issue that will happen with my console and they also told me that if we can not fix it they will replace it or give me the gift card. I explained my situation that I have to leave for my hometown and hoping to take the gaming console with me. Even though after explaining the whole situation the guy was only give me one option to send-in which would have taken approx. 10 days and I didnt had that much time cause I was going out of Canada. If best buy can not give me options based on the insurance that they sell what’s the point of selling best buy protection plan.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with an employee named Sadia. When I requested to see a product, Her response was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of politely explaining that Best Buy has a policy against handing high-value items directly to customers, she chose to treat us with disdain and suspicion. Her attitude suggested that she viewed us as potential thieves who might grab the product and run away, which was not only offensive but also entirely unwarranted.

This unpleasant interaction left us feeling humiliated and disrespected. I expected a higher standard of customer service from a reputable store like Best Buy, where employees should prioritize courteous and helpful behavior. Instead, Her conduct was a stark contrast, making our visit to the store an uncomfortable and frustrating experience. It is disheartening to be treated with such a lack of courtesy and respect, and this incident has significantly tarnished my perception of Best Buy.
