Went in today to buy a gaming headset, I picked up the Kitty ones, which were on the shelf for $119.99. I brought it to cash, and they charged me 139 + tax. I told him no, that is incorrect and he made me bring him to where i found them. He then said “these are not the same product”, that isnt MY issue. The ones i picked up were pink and grey, the only other pink and grey ones were 200+ of the same brand. He then told me again, after checking other tags and models unfortunately, this is the wrong product with the wrong price. It was the only one there that was pink for 119.99. He told me the only thing we could do was give me a 10.00 discount… reluctantly I agreed and we went back to the cash. He then told me he couldnt do it because I just purchased it, and i have to wait around for 30 minutes…..UGH..
so I did .

I went back to the headsets, and this other employee came, and asked me if i needed help, I explained my situation and told him customer service is only giving me 10.00 off… and he said “did they put through the price adj?” I said “no he told me i had to wait 30 mins” he agreed and I asked why could i not get it the tagged price? Because here was no other 140.00 pink and grey headsets here and this is where it was? He then just nodded and said ‘if you need anything else let me know’ and walked away. Didnt answer my question at all…

There were black kitty ones, but the tag said “blk” … not pink and there was no other section or hanger for the pink ones so I expected to pay 135ish and I ended up paying 150.00

I ordered a small item online and went to pick it up at the store. I had my 4 young children with me so I was hoping they offered curbside pickup like most stores do these days. They didn’t have curbside pickup so I was going to call the store to see if someone could meet me at the door with my item so that I didn’t have to drag all of my kids out of their car seats. It turns out that there is no possible way for you to talk to someone at the store. You can only call a 1-888 number to speak to someone far away. So, I had to get all of my kids out of their car seats and get them all into the store just to go to the customer service desk for 3 minutes. I also forgot my ID in our vehicle (my fault) so we had to trudge back to the van and then back into the store. All of this just to pick up a small item. It would have been very simple to just meet someone at the door, but the store does not accept calls. This is the first store I have come across where you cannot even call into the store. I was not impressed.

Bought a Tv from Best buy Chain Lake last year. Part of the deal was a year membership for tech support. Called 2 months before was to renew and cancelled it, the guy on the phone confirmed and would be cancelled. Jump ahead 2 moths i get billed for 275.99 for the membership. Again, called off and talking to membership, explained the situation and they confirmed will be cancelled and refund will be sent. 2 days later called to do a follow up, this time i was told membership is cancelled and they had a note no refund required because i wasn’t billed (bank statement says otherwise) asked for manager and told no manager on weekends and call me back in 2-3 business days. 3 days later called back and this time was told membership is cancelled and should have refund in 7-10 days. got refund 3 days later and 4 phone calls.
very disappointed in the customer care, i would say most of the problems is a language barrier as all 4 could not speak clear English.
