Deborah deserves a raise!!
Been buying BestBuy products for years and got my first faulty one right out of the box last week, being a 32 inch Samsung 4K monitor. Spoke with their online representative and they said that I would have to drive it to a BestBuy store and only then they would help.

While that was majorly inconvenient, once I got there the manager Deborah was willing to go above and beyond to help me resolve my issue. She looked into the inventory and couldn’t find any other open-box versions in stock, so she ordered a brand-new one for me, price-matched the difference in amount, and got it delivered to my house for free just three days later. Unfortunately I forgot the names of the other two associates who assisted me that day but, they also deserve a special mention for processing a hassle-free return.

Needless to say, the new one is problem free and I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase now! My only feedback would be for BestBuy to arrange the pickup of return items in the future, especially for large ones like a monitor, especially if they’re within the week of purchase.

Went here to pick up a few Christmas presents. The store is very well laid out and given the fact it was so close to Christmas, fairly neat. It was also very well staffed. I only have one minor complaint but it is far outweighed by some outstanding customer service but I will mention it – every gaming system is well marked in it’s section and all it’s accessories are there – we needed a new Xbox one cord, ours had given up the ghost, which is NOT the other Xbox things ( as you would expect) the associate we asked for help told us to look “over there” which in a big store was not especially helpful, but they were moderately busy, I get it. All of their cashes were open, which was great and the line moved quickly, and most importantly, we picked up something that was priced incorrectly and they honoured the incorrect (but lower) price., so overall an excellent shopping experience.

Haven’t been a fan of the store and their interrogation tactics upon entering post Covid, but went in today attempting to buy a pair of $500 headphones. After seeing as many as 4 employees congregating at the front of the store doing nothing but taking photos and gossiping I asked several to open the case, to which i was told I needed to be in “the queue”. After waiting in the aisle 10 more minutes and being assured by another employee staring at their cell phone doing nothing that I was in “the queue” I told them they could keep it and that there is no queue to order them on Amazon. This is why you’re failing as a company Best Buy, do better.
