Geek Squad at Mayfair mall took my laptop in for a data transfer, and told me that the service would take up to 48 hours. After 48 hours and not receiving an update I called customer service who couldn’t find a reccord of the work ticket in the service request system, but provided the phone number to the Mayfair location. Nobody answers that phone apparently. I went to the physical store to ask where my laptop was, and they had it, but had not done any of the work after 48 hours. Further, they had encountered an issue immediately after opening the laptop but never called with an update or to let me know there was an issue. Now, 48 hours later after tracking down the issue myself, my data transfer was not done and I’m two days behind. Adding to the frustration, none of the Geek Squad staff seemed to care about their mistake enough to put in any effort to rectify the situation other than shrugging their shoulders. Great job, I would give Geek Squad service a zero star rating if possible.
Recommended for electronic products and goods. Has a separate section for different categories, such as household appliances, entertainment, needs, and daily consumer electronics items. Has high end gaming accessories and modules. Apple iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and other apple accessories are also available. Alongside, some smartphones of Google Pixel series and Samsung are also available. As of high end gaming, products of Razer are available. Has Cameras, Washing Machines, Vacuum Cleaners, and every other type of electronic items of need.
I know it’s hard to find good help these days but man, it seems like these guys have given up entirely… went in looking to spend money on a new audio system for home.
