Visited this store to purchase an expensive pair of ear buds. Was extremely disappointed to find empty shelves, throughout the store.
This, lack of inventory, is exacerbating the challenge all brick and mortar retailers are facing.

After this shopping trip, is it any wonder why customers are shopping online. Can you imagine the frustration of say… a mother, who got her three children in the car, drove to the store, only to discover bare shelves, like in the photos.

Best Buy, if you’re not going to stock the the store, do yourself, and us, a favor, and close… or stock the store!

This Best Buy isnt the worst store I’ve been too in a while but it’s on the list. I don’t know if it’s just the Slidell attitude lately or the “personality hires” they’ve been hiring just because they know someone that knows someone. But the people in that store have the ugliest way of addressing people and literally look at you like you shouldn’t even be shopping in there. So sick of these people this store and Slidell in general. Like it’s quite unbelievable you can’t even ask a question to an associate without getting looked at like you’re scum.

Worst store ever. Stuff out of stock. People standing around for 5 minutes or more and no one in the department to assist. Came once walked around the Amazon end cap for 20 minutes most of the stuff was missing and in disarray. Couldn’t find what I needed to help myself so I left went across town to compare prices on iPads. Decided to come back and get the Kindle fire. The 8 were out of stock and only a few of the max 11 left got one and a case for it. We wanted the stylus the inventory said they had two but they did not.
