Unfortunately they couldn’t get into the Bell service page . There was another employee behind the desk. Who managed to get me 45$ with Virgin.
I was happy that I didn’t have to change my service provider.
I had to make 3 separate calls with Virgin. Luckily they waived the 60$ activation fee. They couldn’t fix the error of the price of the plan so they told me to go back to Best Buy.
I went back to complain about the error on my bill.
I waited 30 mins. Then I was served by same chef de equip ( Patrick) . I explained to him the situation to him and he started looking back at the price log for the day I upgraded the phone. He said he can make the changes but I need to bring back the new phone. Came back a second time , this whole ordeal took 2 hours. They had to change the service provider to Bell. This whole time no one apologized for the inconvenience or taken accountability. Once again I had to deal with the same employer who made the mistake. Again he had to validate everything with the chef de equip.
At the end I asked him due to their error if I will receive something for the inconvenience.
He began to say that he did do something, I’m thinking a gift card no he said he’s not allowed to change plans but he did me a favor and changed it for it. That he fixed the ERROR . Exactly you made an error and fixed the error YOU made. So you didn’t do anything for me. We began to go back and forth and at the end he said it’s my word against his. Which is not professional at all. He goes behind the desk to complete the bill and I hear him talking about me to another employee right in front me.

Firstly, the air conditioner was delivered with a huge dent in the box.
When it came for the guy to install it, he never appeared. After a full day of being passed around departments, it turned out they booked ‘the wrong guy, and he only installs portable a/c’… ok, so they rebooked, and the guy they eventually sent clearly had no clue. He did not even look at the installation manual as it is still sealed in the bag it came in. He installed the window unit completely wrong, it’s hanging at an angle out of the window, not secured, and the guy filled in the gaps with soft foam and duct tape…. so we called Best Buy AGAIN, they sent us on another wild goose chase with phone calls. My husband finally gets through to some one, and they pretend not to hear him and put the phone down on him! So we can’t even get a refund!
The whole company is trash. They couldn’t organise a piss-up in a brewery! Never again are we going to make the mistake of setting foot in a Best Buy, what a waste of time, money, and frustration.
