Bought a washer and dried the promised delivery in 2 weeks. Called in 1 week and said it won’t happen. Postponed an other 2 weeks. 2 days before delivery called and said it will not happen as the product they sold me is out of stock and they won’t get it. Come and choose something else. But I don’t want nor need something else if that’s the specific machines I wanted. So come we will give you back your money. I come and no one wants to give me back my money, they saying there’s a hold on my bill by delivery and come back an other day. Like that’s all I have to do in life it’s go back and forth for my money and a contract they haven’t respected. Also the people at customer service are rude as …. and they clearly show you in there face, words and actions they do not care about you nor the business you bring them. Never bestbuy again. And not to mention all the other useless people that contacted me by phone for delivery and customer service with fake promises of gift cards for delays and satisfaction. Never they kept their word! All this will be submitted higher. Until damage is paid.

Such horrible service but mainly the managers of that store! They are so arrogant and rude. I had the worst experience, they made me waste so much of my time. Their policy is not accurate to what is stated on their website, and so much misleading information on the part of Best Buy. Customer service says one thing, the employees at that store says another. Just because of their service, I returned the item and bought it for cheaper at Staples!

Also, don’t be fooled by their “low price guarantee”, they will make up their own policy in store and do everything to not price match. I understand there are certain requirements but it should be consistent everywhere.

Very poor customer service experience. Bought a TV and told them it’d fit in my car, but they barely tried to load it and then insisted it wouldn’t fit. Then, one of them had the nerve to say I should “take a taxi” with the TV. When I mentioned we were just a short distance away from the drop-off spot, they told me to walk. Dead serious and just plain rude. Had to insist, and surprise, surprise, it fit perfectly. This is the worst Best Buy location… They seriously need some people skills training, customer service clearly isn’t their thing.
