I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Best Buy and was astounded by the level of customer service I received. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a trio of knowledgeable and enthusiastic staff members – Kevin, Raveena, and Riking. They assisted me with utmost dedication while I was choosing a scooter, ensuring I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision.

To my surprise, the scooter was promptly delivered to my doorstep the very next day. However, life threw a little curveball in the form of a manufacturer’s defect from Land Rover. Without missing a beat, Best Buy’s stellar service shone through once again when I met Christian the following day. His approach to resolving the issue was nothing short of exceptional. Christian, along with the team, made genuine efforts to rectify the situation, standing by their commitment to customer satisfaction.

In a world where genuine customer service seems to be dwindling, Best Buy and its dedicated team members like Kevin, Raveena, Riking, and Christian are shining examples of how it should be done. Their combined efforts transformed a potentially negative experience into one that reaffirms my faith in the brand. I wholeheartedly recommend this store not just for its products, but for its outstanding team that truly goes above and beyond for their customers. Kudos to Best Buy and its exemplary staff!

Came to get a screen protector installed for my new Pixel 8 around 11am. I stood in line for about half an hour at the Best Buy Mobile counter with three people ahead of me while 2-4 staff were behind the kiosk. I saw them help a grand total of 1 person during this time. I work in customer service and could never imagine ignoring customers for this long. Is it not normal to call for backup if you are going to be this long with a single customer? What a complete joke.

Didn’t end up being served in the end because I had to leave or be late for work. Left after waiting 45 minutes without even being able to speak to a representative about what I came in for. When I asked them to call backup they said no one would be coming in to help for another hour.

I was looking for a charger for my laptop. The fact that they didn’t have it was not the issue. The problem is their lack of customer service. After finding out none of their universal chargers fit into my laptop, I was told letting me charge it at the station was the maximum help. Which I am actually grateful for. Then I was on a call with Canada computers and they had asked me for the wattage. I didn’t know what that was so I asked one of the gentlemen from Geek Squad. He was very useless and didn’t even know what wattage was. How can such an incompetent person work at Geek Squad?? Canada computers on the other hand was very helpful, knew their stuff, and it was a much better experience.
