***Worst Best Buy Store***
My recent visit to the Best Buy branch was disheartening, to say the least. Despite entering with the intention of making a substantial purchase, the experience quickly turned sour. Not only were the employees uninformed about their products, but they also displayed unacceptable behavior. I was harassed and threatened by employees in the store, who not only followed me around but also baselessly accused me of theft, despite having every item I intended to purchase placed in a checkout cart. This level of disrespect and mistrust is unacceptable from a reputable brand like Best Buy. It’s evident that there is a serious issue with employee selection and training, as individuals with impaired judgment should not be representing the company. While I was getting accused, there were more people who felt violated. These people were even accusing little kids with their parents, they have horrible customer service, never stepping back here, and we will be boycotting Best Buy because of this nonsense. Very disappointing that they hire such unprofessional people. Avoid this store at all costs.

Horrendous Experience at Best Buy Branch in Etobicoke. I regret to say that my recent visit to the Best Buy branch was utterly disappointing. From the moment I stepped in, it felt like I was a nuisance rather than a customer. The employees lacked basic knowledge about their products, rendering them useless when it came to assisting me. Instead of providing helpful advice, they shadowed me around the store as if I were a criminal, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. Despite intending to make a significant purchase of over $2000, I was blatantly ignored and faced with accusations and harassments. This appalling treatment reflects poorly on the entire brand and severely undermines the reputation of Best Buy as a place for quality electronics and customer service. The employees in the following picture lack basic human decency, and have impaired judgments. I used to be a loyal customer of Best Buy for years, I’ve spend over $100k in the past 3 year, but Unless drastic improvements are made, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, and I’ll be sure to spread the word about this abysmal experience.
The service here today was outstanding. I visited the store to process a couple of large item returns and the experience was exemplary. On arrival Patrick at the welcome desk immediately, proactively. and without any hesitation offered to help with unloading the items and carting them to customer care without me having ask him for help. Lucas at the service desk then went onto process the refunds with outstanding efficiency and professionalism, he took time to explain the process for credit back and dilligently prepare paperwork for me and took time to get feedback on the performance of the returned items. If this is the quality of service this team provides on a return and refund that’s complicated and inconvenient to them, I can only expect their sales advise and support quality to be even better. Keep up the great, work Patrick and Lucas were superstars today. Well done!
