I took their insurance contract for my computor & was nevet told it was a 1 year contract.As a matter of fact I was told I could cancel anytime.When I wanted to cancel, I could not.In the meantime I changed credit card,gave them my new one,& got a call saying my payment was late & they would be advising the credit bureau.I called them & was told they were in error.I in the past,purchased my kobo,TV,washer/dryer,a 2nd washing machine,& a fridge,however I will never go back to bestbuy again.During my dealings with the manager,& staff I was treated poorly.When I called head office & having to talk to someone about my problem in the phillipines was also difficult.I suggest to anyone reading this,to go to any other electronic dealer for quality service.

Not only did we buy a computer, but we bought a stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer!. All with extended warranty. Now that the warranty has expired by 4 weeks only, our washing machine is broken. We were told to find a repair person, however, most won’t touch the make insignia or won’t travel 40 minutes to our place so we’re screwed. You’d think with everything we bought we’d get better service from them. We’ll never buy from them again!

Second time in two months that I go there. Tons of employees chatting it up with eachother yet none offering to help customers. First time I was looking to buy a computer and instead we bought it online after 20 minutes of waiting with no help. This time I knew what I wanted so I looked until I found it with zero help. No cashed opened and were to told to use customer service.
