I bought an extended warranty and you guys DID NOT make it easy at all. I don’t understand how you can charge me additional charges. I paid the PS5 remote control in promotion during black friday 2022 + the TWO year warranty.
Instead of exchanging the disfunctional remote, you sent a gift card (which I did not agree to that amount because it was only 74.72$ and not the value of the original product price which is 94.99$ + Taxes.) So then its worthless to purchase the warranty/replacement plan, since you will always have to pay the difference of the original price.
I spoke to Wessim the manager and he made it MORE difficult. It is not a question of pricing but rather a question of principle. I have been lied to by the customer service representative and had to pay the amount of 11.42$ cause he CLEARLY did not LISTEN to what I said and had to repeat myself multiple times!
This is the worst customer service I have experienced. I have been in customer service more than 20 years. If I could put 0 stars, I would!
I recently visited Best Buy Saint Bruno and had a mixed experience with their customer service. Unfortunately, there were noticeable extended wait times, with multiple customers waiting while only one or two employees assisted for same customers but ignored that the rest waited a long time around 30 min. This led to frustration and delays in resolving issues.
On a positive note, I want to commend M-A for his exceptional service. He efficiently took control of the situation and resolved my problem promptly. His dedication to customer satisfaction stood out amidst the challenges faced by other staff members.
While M-A service was commendable, it’s crucial for Best Buy Saint Bruno to address the overall efficiency of their customer service. Implementing improvements to reduce wait times and enhance the overall experience would greatly benefit customers.
I appreciate M- A efforts, but I hope Best Buy Saint Bruno takes proactive steps to create a smoother and more efficient customer service process.
Wanted to buy a Bose bluetooth speaker, but requested a quick check, since a Sony speaker had presented issues with my iPad device and I didn’t really want to go back for an unnecessary return. Floor assistant refused to for no reason I could fathom, defaulted to tell me it was my tablet’s issue (which has paired with several devices flawlessly, I just wanted to make sure). Asked to speak with someone else, assistant procured his supervisor, supervisor dismissed me without even having the courtesy to look directly at me. Before I know it, three staff members are cornering me. The display item cannot be accessed and they can’t open a new item to check. Why? Because they can’t. Why, though? Because. Then how will I be sure if my purchase is worthwhile? They don’t know, it’s none of their concern.
One thing’s for sure, I am not going back to this store anytime soon.
