I want to write the worst review! We bought a TV at the Best buy store, it’s not cheap! A year and a month passed and the TV stopped working, there was no picture, only sound. The standard warranty on it was only a year, but only a month has passed since then and it no longer works. we went to the store where we spoke to the manager named Raza, if I’m not mistaken. They can’t help us because the warranty expired a month ago. It turns out that this store sells faulty TVs. If you want to buy something and only use it for a year, this is the place for you. They won’t be able to help you, they’ll just shrug their shoulders. disgusting service, disgusting product, staff can’t help, no one cares about your situation, they work according to a template, they don’t care about customers, the main thing is money. such a huge store and they can’t do anything, it’s very sad and offensive that they turned to you! I don’t recommend it to anyone!!! if anything happens, don’t expect anything other than an apology, terrible experience with you, very unpleasant to be left without TV and help on Christmas Eve

I bought a Google pixel8 pro on contract with bell and my associate was MAHS. While selling the phone he told me to get a geek squad insurace and you’ll get a screen protector and a case whereas there’s no commitment with geek squad insurace so you can cancel it any time but when I went to Best Buy to cancel my geek squad after a month, they told me that you have to keep it for 3 months and only then you’re eligible to cancel it. So I think the associate MAHS is providing the false information to the customers which is a big shame for a Consumer electronics company like Best Buy and I’m really stuck in a position where I need to pay $60 without any reason. I feel the associate just looted me, very terrible service and providing false information, just stay away from Best Buy kanata.

Had my worst experience with the Best Buy KANATA-mobile phone section yesterday. I went to buy a mobile phone on 29th May at around 6:20pm. There was a lady and a guy who were working in the mobile section or at least PRETENDING to do so. Total time-waster. I was asking for help to buy a phone right away. They made me wait for about half an hour. There was a manager-looking guy. I explained to him I am here to buy with full payment. Just need someone to help me. Nothing, no help came. They were just passing time pretending they were helping other customers. Just rubbish. I would have put 0 stars to them if I could.
