My recent visit to the Best Buy Merivale store was quite disappointing. Arriving with a specific TV in mind, I sought assistance from an associate, who retrieved the TV and brought it to his desk. However, when I mentioned I would be paying in cash, he directed me to the cashiers at the front without further help.

I found myself at the cashier area, unsure if I needed to wait in the lengthy line. The associate informed me that the cashiers were occupied with returns, and I would be assisted once they were free. After waiting for 10 minutes, feeling ignored, I approached the greeter to request a cashier. Finally, one arrived to complete my purchase.

In my view, the associate should have either checked me out before leaving or called a cashier to assist me promptly. Regrettably, this poor customer service has made me reconsider visiting this Best Buy location, despite my previous loyalty to the store for electronics, Bluetooth speakers, and TVs.

2nd time I come here to discuss a plan. Horrible customer service. Everyone acted like they had no idea about the sale and gave us no information. Came to discuss a current plan I had on a couple laptops and when I came to the front desk to ask for information, hussien (the manager) was utterly disrespectful and rude. Yelled and made a scene infront of employes and even customers. Stayed at the desk for around 5 minutes then he stormed off. Gave us nothing to work with. Aggressive, disrespectful and shouldn’t be in this position.

Thank you Hadi for a wonderful shopping experience. My husband wanted to come to Best Buy, I followed him since I believe in obeying my husband. And the obedience was greatly rewarded after we met Hadi and he spend at least an hour with us helping us choose my new phone. The patience, technical knowledge, customer service skills, industry experience of Hadi was excellent. We are very happy with our purchase and the overall experience. Very mature young man with a bright future.
