The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is becuase of Denesha she has exceptional customers service and went above and beyond to help me get the right product.
Now , the sales person who was supposed to help with the payment part was not proffessional and was disrespectful twoards me becuase I asked about the financing option and she started complaining to her co-worker from the reciption about how she hate that and her co-worker said the same and they were avoiding to help me while wallking around gossiping about the fact. When asked why they are avoiding me she answered becuase no one wants to deal with the finance I felt so disrespeacted , paid the whole amount cash and left. Few seconds later I went back to verify something with the order and that same sales person refused to answer and was reude she even asked me to follow her to return my paid for product in front of everyone. I have been to many best buy stores before…never been treated in such way. Will definitly avoid this store in the future.

A lady representative from your store contacted me today, but unfortunately, the phone line quality was extremely poor, as it has been on previous occasions. This issue has persisted since Christmas of last year and should be addressed promptly. The representative assured me of a prompt callback, but regrettably, this is not the first time I’ve been promised a return call from this location. I have encountered this problem multiple times during the holiday season, with assurances from your store staff of callbacks that have yet to materialize. It is imperative that you rectify the persistent issue with your phone line connection to ensure seamless communication when your staff contacts clients. Additionally, if a callback is promised to a client, it should be promptly fulfilled to avoid leaving clients waiting and uncertain. This is extremely poor customer service.
The whole store seems completely inefficient. 2 hours my life wasted that I’ll never get back. First the employee talked about return and repurchase of an item which I reluctantly agreed. Then they talked about some promotions do not stack, which they conveniently forgot to check beforehand. And finally the system issue kept me waiting for 2 hours. I don’t know whether it’s employee training or the systems are just esoteric. But very poor experience from customer POV.
The store also seem to be relying on common statement on the promotion saying it can’t be combined, when everyone else is saying trade-in promotion is completely separate and should be able to be combined.
