I like shopping here but hate that you cannot call store. You call some machine somewhere, listen to many options in multiple languages and never get the info you need. Why can we no longer call stores? It feels like you shop on line or in the store but your call is not wanted. I am saying this about Best Buy but seems to apply to MOST BUSINESSES these days. Places that will not pick up a phone frequently loose business from me. Today is one of those days.

Update, my most recent experience here was actually worse! On Dec 4, 2023 I went to purchase ink. Found the ink I wanted and it was listed as $75. Went to pay for the ink and was told it was $86.99 and I must have read it wrong (plausible). I paid, then went back to check because I was upset with myself for getting it wrong. I was not wrong, not wanting an arguement I took the entire rack with other ink cartridges still on it which listed the price as $75.99. I had it correct and there was another ink cartridge still on it. What was the response from Customer Service? “That’s too bad”, “if you look closely you will see there is a digit that is different”, so the $75.99 is for a different product, not the one hanging on the rack. No correction for you.
Pretty sure this is called “false advertising”, pretty sure this is not legal, just not worth the hassle of pursuing. Sadly Best Buy is almost completely off my shopping list. I will likely go again as they have so much of the market cornered, but not if I can find an alternative, like Amazon or Staples, or WalMart where I have never had such Bad, BAD, BAD customer service. I will try and attach picture proof for reference here.

I have used them for new phones for years, bought a screen protector and use their life time warranty to get new ones… went last Sunday to get it replaced, was told at customer service they didn’t have the glass one but privacy. Okay so took it over to the phones desk and said oh this isn’t the right one I have a 13 pro max and the box said 15 plus. The employee Eric said oh they all fit the same.. We left and it was around closing time and by the time I get half way home I notice it does not fit my phone and covers my front camera… I was lied to. Contacted Best Buy online was told someone would contact me in 48 hours.. nothing contacted again Thursday… same thing nothing.

I went to a store that was 5 mins away from me instead of 30 that had my correct screen protector and honest employees and wasn’t wasting a 25 minute drive across town to be lied to and waste more of my time.

I do not recommend this store and don’t plan to shop here anymore.

The best store for electronics in Lethbridge. The only store in Lethbridge that i know of were you can walk in the door one minute to close and still shop for a full hour. I ordered a screen protector for my cell phone and was not happy with it. They totally made it right. They made me happy and did what was best for me. They went above and beyond to make me happy. I only bought a $40 screen protector, can you imagine how for they would go if i had brought a big screen tv. They treat every customer with respect. Will always be a BestBuy consumer. They have my loyalty for sure. The store is always clean. They have great hours. Also!! They have the best cell phone department in the city! Because there staff don’t make comission. They sell all the major companies. They are very knowledgeable in everything. You can really get the best advice and services here.
