Each experience has been great and sets a standard that should be copied around the city. First time was to buy a computer, had friendly staff approach me after they had a moment from helping customers. Knowledgeable on the system and cared about my needs, uses and budget. Second time in, the staff member basically helped me around the store with various things I needed help with trying to find, but it was laid out easily anyway if they weren’t available, it was just nice to have some help to make it a better more efficient use of time. Following time I went in before my shift, was looking for a specific product, the 2 staff at the door directed me to someone who knew what I needed in their department. They gave me a wealth of information and were extremely polite but I had to let them know I was on a time crunch so they readied me along, making my purchase feel great not rushed. They had nice small talk about the system during the process. Last visit was to return something. A couple customers were waiting but they called for extra staff to give them a hand. I was lucky enough to be at the front and asked questioned about my return in a respectful manner, they made sure my data was taken off the item just in case and had made suggestions nicely incase I wanted to keep the item or recommended others without being pushy and accepted my return anyway. I hate ordering off Amazon, there’s no shopping feel. There’s no electronic store I trust more and enjoy more than going there. I think my cousin helps manage, I’m not sure though. It’s always spotless in there. Displays area always setup nicely. The newest tech is always in stock. All my home entertainment, car audio, personal electronics, computers, peripherals, accessories for anything and random cables or attachments I need are always there or can be ordered quickly. The store outside is presented well and clean. Always greeted by staff like a mini red carpet caring about what I need and you can tell they enjoy the comradery and passion for tech.

Not the recommended place to buy anything. It may be best buy but in fact it’s worst delivery place. I bought Samsung washing machine and dryer one month before and still waiting for delivery. First they send the damaged one and after 15 days they send my delivery on wrong address. They recommended to remove old machines to make room for new one so I sold my machines 20 days before and still waiting for new ones. Not able to wash our clothes for the last 20 days. My advice buy the stuff from Costco or wall mart it’s the worst place because no one is there to help after mistake is made. I met manager Tim also and he assured to send it today but again no delivery today.

Just got home from there. To buy a simple screen protector, apparently they need your full name, full address, email AND phone number? And they can’t check you out if they don’t have all that information? Poor Rosemary at the cash, having to ask people all of that. No issue with her at all, she was very sweet and I feel sorry that she needs to do all of that. She was the only part of that visit that was okay. No one came to ask if we needed help the entire half hour we were in there.
