HELLOOOOO Crap Buy I had to haul thru half the store a huge heavy box to get to check out.
Unbelievable bad customer service, if I will read that Best Buy is in bankruptcy protection I will not wonder one second why.
They forget that you can get 90% of what they carry on the Internet for cheaper price.
Also whoever is the manager of that store should be replaced by a competent one.
If you really don t need what you are looking for that day do yourself a favor and buy from Amazon or whatever internet store you prefer is not worth the aggravation of bad no respect customer service this Best Buy provides.
I am not an entitled person who expects special service, I am a regular guy who expects a minimal service as a customer of Best Buy, if a regional manager cares I can give them the day and time I went in the store and tell them to enjoy the amazing store performance watching the security cameras so I can t be accused of any bias.
We also got great discount on extended warranty (Took 4 years for price of 2 years) That’s really good catch there. I am a frequent online buyer but I had to walk in as this was my first TV & thus opted for extended warranty.
I would suggest the management to increase their operating hours past 6 pm. It was actually 6 pm when we were just billing & completing formalities, the manager came & said we need to rush it as they were closed. I personally didn’t liked his behaviour.
They charge you $50 for delivery to your address. Hopefully I’ll be able to share more reviews once I’ve used my TV.
I got my TV delivered within 2 days of the purchase, the delivery guys were humble and courteous.

I have to say the in store customer service experience was exceptional!!
Devon was extremely knowledgeable and well versed …able to not only solve my storage issues..but also recommend some reasons around upgrading my phone in regards to service areas and why reception on an ancient 2016 phone would be resolved with changing plans to another service provider as well as upgrading to a new phone.
I know what customer service entails and he “nailed it” I felt compelled to acknowledge his lengthy description of my current issues with a perfect solution! And to mention the 2tb drive was also on sale!!!!
Gotta love that kind of deal
