The worst experience I ever had at a Best Buy store ever, I needed a portable air conditioner for an older friend and I stopped at Best Buy around noon, I had a few questions about the unit and could not find a single person to help me, there were at least 20 people on the floor, the ones around me all of them studying or looking at some papers, I hope they were not sales reports because based on customer service they provide the reports should be not that big, I wondered aimlessly thru the store looking for an associate to help me and found none and not a single one asked if I need help, after 10 minutes I asked a a stock guy if he can help me but he told me that he can t but he will page someone to come and help ( I left the store with my purchase and still nobody showed up).I ve found by myself what I needed but the unit box is big and heavy so I went to the customer service to ask for a cart, the girl at customer service told me that they provide carts only after you pay and need help to load it in the car.
HELLOOOOO Crap Buy I had to haul thru half the store a huge heavy box to get to check out.
Unbelievable bad customer service, if I will read that Best Buy is in bankruptcy protection I will not wonder one second why.
They forget that you can get 90% of what they carry on the Internet for cheaper price.
Also whoever is the manager of that store should be replaced by a competent one.
If you really don t need what you are looking for that day do yourself a favor and buy from Amazon or whatever internet store you prefer is not worth the aggravation of bad no respect customer service this Best Buy provides.
I am not an entitled person who expects special service, I am a regular guy who expects a minimal service as a customer of Best Buy, if a regional manager cares I can give them the day and time I went in the store and tell them to enjoy the amazing store performance watching the security cameras so I can t be accused of any bias.

We just purchased our first Tv & we chose Best buy. Aman was one of the staff who helped us getting the right TV which was in our budget. I saw deals online with open box but as I was sceptical with mixed reviews online I decided to get brand new. We bought Samsung Qled 65inch Q75A model which had $500 off in this store. They say deals changes every Monday & Friday.
We also got great discount on extended warranty (Took 4 years for price of 2 years) That’s really good catch there. I am a frequent online buyer but I had to walk in as this was my first TV & thus opted for extended warranty.
I would suggest the management to increase their operating hours past 6 pm. It was actually 6 pm when we were just billing & completing formalities, the manager came & said we need to rush it as they were closed. I personally didn’t liked his behaviour.
They charge you $50 for delivery to your address. Hopefully I’ll be able to share more reviews once I’ve used my TV.

I got my TV delivered within 2 days of the purchase, the delivery guys were humble and courteous.

I have to say the in store customer service experience was exceptional!!

Devon was extremely knowledgeable and well versed …able to not only solve my storage issues..but also recommend some reasons around upgrading my phone in regards to service areas and why reception on an ancient 2016 phone would be resolved with changing plans to another service provider as well as upgrading to a new phone.

I know what customer service entails and he “nailed it” I felt compelled to acknowledge his lengthy description of my current issues with a perfect solution! And to mention the 2tb drive was also on sale!!!!
