I could not be more pleased with the service I just received from multiple members of the MH Best Buy team. I have had ongoing issues with my computer and luckily made the wise choice to purchase Geek Squad protection. I’m always on the fence about buying extended service plans, but I will always recommend Geek Squad’s protection plan because it has proven to be worth its weight in gold. Because I have sent this specific computer away so many times, the manager and the team helped me remedy the situation with a more permanent solution because they recognized how frustrating it is to send away your computer multiple times. They explained everything in a clear and helpful way and went out of their way to help me out. I will do all of my shopping for electronics from Best Buy from now on and will be recommending to everyone I know. Thank you!

Purchased a fridge through best buy medicine hat. Confirmed with best buy and metro supply chain ( their third party delivery company ) for delivery time. No one showed up or even called to say they weren’t going to make it. They scheduled us again the following week and still another no show from the delivery company. No call, email or anything explaining why they haven’t shown up again. We just keep getting the run around from best buy customer services and metro supply chain. From further investigation there are plenty of other people who have had nothing but issues with metro supply chain. At this point we are ready to refund our fridge we purchased and go with another store. It’s been 3 weeks now without a fridge and absolutely no compensation for this absolute run around we have had.

I just spent my my $800.00 at Visions! Asked where Drones section was greeter told me nicely. I couldn’t find it in the camera section. I walk around for a bit and finally go the tall guy in black talking to a guy in a suit about “transitioning” if he works there. He says yes. I ask him where I might find the drone. He repeats says camera section. I finally find it on my own behind the post. Well doors are locked no staff, they are all in the front section. I’m fed up and go to Visions. By the way Drones are cheaper there.
