Avoid at all cost! If I could give this store 0 stars I would. It’s the third time I go there to buy something and I end up coming back home (40 minutes drive) with a broken piece of hardware. This time it was a card reader with broken pins inside. Seriously, how can you be this bad at your job? Does the time of your clients mean nothing to you? The box was literally open. The product was sold as new while it was literally broken and open box. I guess it’s on me for trusting such a bad brand. Keep the $40 I spent on this terrible experience. You lost a cliente forever.

Absolutely deceptive customer service, inventory is okay but availability is a gamble; you can always check online to see if they have something but there’s no way to call directly on the floor to verify availability.
The staff is very pushy, used up salesmen’s tactics, faking knowledge in a pretentious and patronizing manner nonetheless. It isn’t limited to one. It is as if it was part or their training and directions…
Pretty astonishing in 2022, I guess they make their money praying on tech dumb people who are impressed by the “techie language”…

They have a good selection of audio and electronic equipment. I bought an air conditioner on-line a few days ago – when I came to pick it up, the had no record of it. Had I been another 1/2 hour, the 2 that were still available would have been snatched up. It’s hit or miss with store and clerks’ product knowledge, so be careful if you don’t know… Perhaps open Google and find out the information you need before asking about a range of products.
