I ordered a new deep freeze a couple of weeks ago that was to be delivered today. My wife and I spent half the day cleaning out a space for it in the gargage as we had no more room for fish from a fishing trip that we stored elsewhere until the freezer arrived today. We are heading away on Monday. I hadn’t had a call from the delivery team about a 3- hour time frame delivery (as I was told they would do) so I called Best Buy and told them I needed the delivery time because I needed to get fish in it. They checked and told me that they didn’t get it on today’s truck but would deliver it next week. I’m gone next week and have to get the fish outta my buddy’s freezer. Seriously? Come on guys! You’ve wasted my time for the last couple of weeks and I stayed home today to get the delivery.

I just cancelled the order and told them I would buy it elsewhere. What a disappointment. The least they could have done is told me in advance as now I have to find somewhere to put the fish and waste more time trying to get a freezer this weekend. What lousy service!

Fake warrantees on broken items they sell you secondhand garbage from third-party sources. We ended up with a broken scooter right out of the box. We were told we couldn’t return it to the store. We had to return it to the manufacturer. It took them one month just to figure out where to send it back to. We returned it to the manufacturer and they turned it around and sent it right back and told us it was fixed. It was still broken. We called the manufacturer since Best Buy tells you they can’t do anything and the manufacturer said the warranty is up. $400 down the drain. I will never shop here ever again.

I know it’s hard to find staff these days but your current ones don’t know how to relate to the demographic that is shopping instore. I was in your store twice this week looking at 2 different items. Both times I needed help. Both times staff kept looking for answers in their phones. One question could have been answered by reading the box. I was too short to read it myself! As I left the store I noticed most other shoppers were older than 50. I wonder how many of them were as frustrated as I was.
