Furthermore, the delivery person lied to my child, saying that once we handled the drainage, he would return immediately if we called him. When we did call, he completely ignored our calls. We tried calling him 10 times, leaving multiple messages without any response.
Feeling anxious about the situation, we went to this physical store, but no one was willing to assist us. They merely pushed us towards customer service. When I called customer service, they informed me that the delivery staff had lied and they wouldn’t come back to help. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing.
I will not recommend this store or brand to my friends or family.
