BEWARE OF THEIR DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION SERVICE

Terrible service. We bought a washer and dryer combo and asked to have it delivered to our home and be installed. The delivery guys came and told us that on their instruction paper it says to “install on pedestal” which we never bought. Apparently it SHOULD have shown as “white glove” meaning the installation and everything.

We check our receipt and it does say that pedestal rather than installation of the machines… and when we get to the store to get this sorted out, they tell us that it was coded properly and it made no sense (to the employees) why they didn’t install it. So not only we had to waste a day of work to wait for the delivery, we also had to drive all the way to Mascouche because they couldn’t solve this issue over the phone.

This service was way below than anticipated and will reconsider checking out other stores for big purchases as we will need to buy other appliances soon. We deserve much better than this kind of incompetence.

Buy far THE WORST experience I have had in a tech good store. The service was so poor and even worse from the manager.

So I walk into the Best buy on a Sunday evening at 4:55 pm realizing they are closing soon, I had just made it and mu situation was a critical one.

I had forgotten my mac book pro charger at a friends house and needed it for work the next day. I thought I would just go to my local friendly Best Buy to get a replacement.

The staff had no intention to help me and I felt this right off the bat. I felt maybe a manager would be helpful. When I asked for one I got this totally rude and unwilling to help manager who clearly just wanted me to leave.

The service was poor and they didn’t even have a charger in stock. Because of this terrible experience I shall make sure to boycot this poor service company and continue to buy my good online.

Zero smiles, zero intention to help – just a terrible experience. 0/10 BRAVO!

Watch out for their scamming techniques: Went to the store to purchase an A/C at a discounted price. The price on their website was 379$ + taxes. Got to the store and could not find the A/C. I asked a salesperson to direct me to the proper A/C. Turns out the price in the store was advertised at full price of 699$ + taxes. But he confirmed the price was 379$. Got to the cash register to pay, the cashier enters the bar code manually instead of scanning it, price appears on the cash register at 699$ + taxes. I told her that’s not the correct price. She said, let’s move to the 2nd cash register, she entered the bar code manually again. That time the price was ok at 379$. I made a formal complaint to l”office de la protection du consommateur for what i think are fraudulent activities.
