Great selection of quality products at reasonable prices…….(some) poorly trained staff with poor management skills. Purchased an Apple Watch and told they would “Price match for 30 days” Apple offered a $70 coupon. Told by first assistant that don’t match this even though we agreed it was lower cost! Went to get second “team leader” who arrived with express purpose to confirm the “No” and then proceeded to write down details of why I was wrong and lied about how the company was making no profit on the Apple Watch! Why lie? A person with leadership/management skills/authority would have come with attitude of “Let’s see what we can do” I was summarily dismissed. I then checked the internet to find both The Source and Staples both had $50 off. I again requested a “Price Match” Visibly seething, the same Team Leader spent an inordinate amount of time to check it was EXACTLY the same model. It was and another disgusted customer left with the $56 rebate. Feedback for the individual was rejected because he “didn’t need any coaching”. I guess at 30 something he already knows everything, nothing more required.

I attempted to call the Duncan location but the USELESS automated phone system wouldn’t direct my call and the the word “assistance” obviously doesn’t exist in their world. finally customer service answered So I asked for: Speaker Wire, a 100′ roll please” the guys response…SO it’s Wireless right..?!? OMG, Seriously..?!?!?…..then he says ” sorry no, the stores don’t take direct phone calls anymore” So No you can’t call your “local” store but get directed to someone..wherever, who has NO Effing Idea…I explained that’s why people like me STOP shopping in box stores like theirs..Seriously Best Buy…PUT AN EFFING HUMAN ON THE PHONE TO ANSWER & DIRECT CALLS PROPERLY. Never setting foot in there again.

Absolutely insanely bad experience.
Ordered a sale time for in-store pickup. Went to pick it up on the last day of the sale. Got it. Went all the way home. Realized they had picked and provided me with the wrong item of much lesser value; not what I ordered at all. Had to drive all the way back to get the right one. They didn’t have the right one. Had to drive all the way to a different Best Buy to get what I actually ordered in the first place. TLDR: this location is an absolute joke, it can’t even pick the right item off the shelf to set aside for your order.
