I always give a merchant or business the opportunity to respond to issues, but at this point, a poor review is my only option. I purchased a TV from bestbuy.ca and it was a ‘market place partner’. The purchase and charge on my credit card was Best Buy Marketplace. Here is where things went wrong: 5 days past delivery date and no news, I made multiple calls to Best Buy support only to be told ‘we contacted the partner’. Finally an email from the partner (OB PRO) saying they would contact the deliver team. There is no way to contact OB PRO except through message – Best Buy says there is nothing they can do and there is no way to cancel the order through the Best Buy website. Strange, they processed the payment and took my money but from there claim they can’t do anything. Its terrible service from a company that I used to thing was really great. All I can say is completely stay away from buying anything from Best Buy online. If you can’t hold it, see it and ensure in person that it is what you want – don’t believe them.

And you can see from my many other Google Reviews that I typically only leave great reviews – I ALWAYS try to give everyone an opportunity to make things right or explain. This time, the explanation is just rather lame.

Best Buy, your customers are disappointed.

I have upgraded from one star to two: after numerous phone calls to Best Buy Customer Support told me the ONLY way to communicated with the Market seller was an online form on my order site, and after sending many requests to cancel, OB PRO finally responded and confirmed cancellation – very coincidentally 2 days after posting this negative review. Before that “crickets”…

Roughly last year I brought my computer to geek squad. I requested that they move my operating system to my new m. 2 drive. Because it was a lot faster than my old ssd card. They told me that they had to delete the information that I had on my m. 2 drive in order to move the operating system. A year later when my computers storage is full I find out that they did not move the operating system and just left my m. 2 in the bottom of the case just loose not connected to anything. I can not recommend that anyone brings there computer here. There are other places in town that can help you. And I personally will no longer be shopping here due to other issues I’ve had in the past. And now I’ve had the last draw.

I am very disappointed with the customer service regarding my iPhone protection plan. When I purchased the plan, I was informed that I could come in for repairs anytime if I had issues. Now, with a cracked screen, I am being told that my phone needs to be sent to an off-site location for repair, leaving me without a phone.

This delay is incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. It’s unrealistic to expect customers to be without their phones for an extended period, especially after paying for a protection plan that should cover immediate repairs. This experience makes me question the value of the protection plan and the service provided by Best Buy.
