I went to Best Buy to order a 3 pc luggage set, which was shipped to the store in 2 business days. I had excellent help from Thisa who processed my purchase and got the luggage set for me when it arrived, unpacked it from the large box and allowed me to inspect it before I wheeled it to my car. She also explained the tracker that came free with the set. I also needed a new printer and was assisted by Jano, who arranged for the Geek Squad to deliver and set it up 4 days later. Geek Squad rep Nate was on time, personable and efficient. I was very pleased with each of my transactions as well as each Best Buy employee who served me. Although I did thank each in person, I hope that they read my remarks.

Three employees standing in a circle talking, I politely interrupted them to ask for help as I was looking for a short cable with a USBa to USBc connection and one of the the guys abruptly said, “if it’s not in the rack over there, we don’t have it.” I ended up ordering my cable on Amazon while still in the store.
I had 200$ gift cards and so I spent it on headphones and a new bluetooth speaker. When I went to checkout, the young lady didn’t say a word, didn’t respond to my greeting…just scanned my stuff and put my receipt on the counter and walked off…I don’t even think she looked at me…
Where is the customer service? Might as well close your store and go online.

I have not had experience with buying here but I would rate geek squad experience here. I took my laptop here since it was not Switching on itself first they said they can repair motherboard but I got call and they said they can’t repair its motherboard board issue. They can’t replace and all diagnostic they did is try to switch of keeping it on charge. lol I did the same and told them if it’s that only you tell me now. But they any how did same and charged 60 bucks plus tax for no reason. I would not recommend this bestbuy for sure. Worse experience with geek squad and 0 knowledge whatsoever..
