Horrible experience- can’t rate less than zero .They have no one who answers phones at the physical building and even Best Buy cannot reach them – this came from their customer service. Went down to the store Monday to make a pick-up plan, was told 8:50 on Tuesday. Got a truck organized, went, and they were closed and didn’t open until 10. Asked for them to deliver because both my husband and I had to get to work. Even though it was their error, they are going to charge me $80.00 to bring it over to my office in Prince Albert when their Geek Squad van is sitting outside. Logan in Prince Albert told be he had the authorization to make this decision and this is what he chose. Should have listened to a co-worker and went somewhere else as I will in the future for all my work and personal purchases.

Last experience was uneventful. I entered the stored and immediately took a left turn to the mobile phone area as I needed a new cord. Found my cord myself as the staff were busy helping other customers. I then walked passed the appliances headed towards home entertainment when I heard staff in the mobile audio department. Walking by, i saw about 6 staff back in the corner socializing with eachother. I proceeded to walk around the entire store. Through entertainment, gaming, computers…not one csr came up to me. Store is nice and they have lots of stock and are typically pretty knowledgeable when it comes to product so I’ll likely still go back. Gotta step up the CS though…

DO NOT ever buy appliances from here!!! They have had the absolute worst service I have ever dealt with. I bought a washer, dryer, and dishwasher – the washer came damaged and the dishwasher doesn’t work. The store doesn’t understand how their own delivery service works and they constantly give me incorrect information and schedule me on the wrong day so it has been pushed back by weeks. I have been waiting over a month for a washing machine that they told me would be there 3 days after I purchased it. They are also impossible to contact and deal with. I will absolutely never be purchasing anything from here again.
