EDIT TO ADD: my favourite part of writing this review is the so-called response from the store owner; their suggestion is to contact them via online bot chat or via telephone at their useless call center to address the issue. This is absolutely a waste of time, since no one ever answers or is helpful.

I absolutely detest Best Buy and will never be buying another product from them. The customer service in store is atrocious – I got ignored by staff even though I was standing at the customer service desk waiting for help.
Geek Squad is useless – it is annoying they send everything off site instead of doing things in store.
None of the staff knew how to put an item in for repair. They tried to not honour my existing geek squad plan, even though I continue to pay monthly for it. Their excuse was that it was discontinued from their services – unacceptable of Best Buy continues to take my money every month.
They stuck a sticker directly to the top of my laptop that was impossible to get off upon return.
They cannot read: I provided my information correctly and upon transcription someone wrote my phone # down wrong, resulting in my laptop sitting at Best Buy here in PG for 4 extra days because nobody bothered to clarify why they couldn’t reach me. They wanted me to leave the store without checking the product after repair or informing me of what repairs were done.

And to top it off, you cannot call the store directly. Absolutely useless.
I will recommend no one purchase anything from such a frustrating, difficult to work with company. If they hadn’t repaired my laptop, I’d be going anywhere else but here to purchase a new one.

Terrible customer service. Went there to get a mouse and a mouse mat which was the last addition to my setup, they ended up having that mouse mat put in the wrong spot for a great price and i decided to get that when the employee who was helping me told me its 5 times the price its listed over there so he politely asked if he can ask the manager. The manager had a bad attitude and said i can only give you 10$ off and i said the product is listed for 14$ though why the price of 59$? The tone of conversation was very disrespectful and condescending. Such people shouldn’t be in management positions if they can’t provide minimal dignity and service to their customers. After the attitude i got my partner said that there’s literally no point on arguing and we ended up leaving the store empty handed. Either learn how to stock your products right or at least the bare minimum of customer service. Been a customer for 6 years and thats what we get.

I have no complaints about this location, and I give it 5 stars for that!
But I want someone in store to hear this part, and that is that you guys open very late in the day! I’ve seen countless times where people walk up to the door before 11am and have to walk away frustrated. For many people the day starts much earlier and it’s just awkward that it opens so late.
I’m sitting in front of the store writing this, waiting to go in… and I’ve already seen 8 people try to get in, in the span of 5 minutes. Might I suggest even an hour earlier you are open? People do their morning shopping and are wrapping up before 11.

Again, I give it 5 stars because this is an amazing location, but I want my concern of the hours to be heard. And it’s not just from me, it’s from many people who find out the hard way that this location is open much later in the day.
