I had a bad experience today from this story . I went shopping new Samsung TV 75″ with a soundbar with a subwoofer and fridge. I found Tv, but it’s was last one ( the one they showed to the customers ) and I decided to buy it . Unprofessional guy working there he told me there’s not box for TV because they throw it
My question was how I spent fifteen hundred and they were not able to find a box for TV
I’m still laughing at how Best Buy lost thousands of dollars because the unprofessional guy can’t provide a box for TV. I bought many things from here, but now I have decided to find another store . I will recommend everyone not buy anything here because they have unprofessional guys, but not all , some

Went in to look at high end cameras to purchase for my business, unfortunately staff was seen not eager or willing to help. I waited for over 15 minutes before someone acknowledged me. I was also there when it wasn’t busy and there were MANY available associates. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere where they value customers. I’ll take my $5k elsewhere to spend on a company that values their employees and customers.

I went to Best Buy recently to buy new headphones because I had a very positive experience the last time I came for headphones, and not being an expert myself, I wanted to make sure I got good headphones. The staff was incredibly helpful, he listened and understood what I wanted and pointed me in the right direction. I’m still very happy with my purchase.
