I went to purchase a laptop for College. When I asked a representative to help me find an affordable 2-1 laptop for students , they tried to sell me 1.5k-2k MacBooks when I specifically asked for windows.

The second representative assured me that all accessories to the open box laptop I purchased was included. When it shipped none of the accessories were included. Best Buy then told me that the accessories were never included in the open box

Last straw, I purchase a PS5 for my little brother just before Christmas. Yesterday the GPU failed and I went to return it and they wouldn’t return the faulty unit they sold me.

In conclusion Best Buy will do nothing more than try to take every dollar they can from you and will not replace their screw ups.

Edit: I have spoke Best Buy and they didn’t even have a manager call me, it was the same person I was dealing with the other day.

They clearly only asked me to reach out publically to Save Face as once I got on the phone with the employee the said “I don’t know what you’d like me to do”… I’d like a refund on the faulty product or a new one from your shelfs and you deal with Sony. Terrible business.

We walked in the store and we were greeted by 2 very nice associates, we mentioned what we were looking for and we were handed off to a very nice gentleman Ayan, was extremely professional and so attentive to all of us. We all were very impressed by his knowledge and care he provided us. He informed us about the multiple different tv brands and features as were very specific on what we were looking for.

They carry all kinds pf electronics and appliances, and have a decent selection of each. Plenty of laptop and desktop computers, with more available online as well, that arent in store. Tons of tvs and other home theatre accessories, plus gaming equipment, and consoles. Appliances such as washers amd dryers, and more. Service is usually alright but it has its off days. Pricing isnt too bad. Not highly specialized in certain electronics, but its a good starting point at least. Worth a visit for most of your electronics needs.
