Taking over The Source, a “Best Buy Express” store is now open only a 2-minute walk from the full-sized Best Buy just outside the food court doors. It carries under 1/8th the products you’ll find in the main branch on-lot, and has just about the same products The source has carried for a long time; games, smart phones, small wired & wireless gadgets, and the smallest sections for cables, gaming, and other electronic devices to make your home a smart-home.

You cannot return/refund any purchases made prior to the store’s brand change, nor use The Source gift cards here anymore. Another major change is any warranties you made with The Source, they do not apply with the new brand. You have to now go online to The Source website or call to make a formal exchange.

This store is useful for people not-so tech savvy, elderly folks learning how to use their mobile devices, and beginner gamers who don’t know the difference between quality gear vs. price gauging.

In my views, this store was a pointless installment. Overall, It would have been better to just close down and add something completely new to the mall instead of a small takeover branch.

I got the brand new dualsense edge controller when I open the box it was not same controller and some random stuff inside like led parts. My son want to return when I go to the store they said it’s used controller and I explained them so many time that stuff was inside box and controller.but didn’t even listen. Manager absolutely terrible and even not listen properly not given me proper answer so buyer be careful they sold used products.
Not understand value of your money.very unprofessional and just says we can’t do anything to the costumer. I know they going to says we are 5 star service but need to understand how to deals with customers

Unbelievable customer service in the best way possible! I came in for a Nintendo Switch and left with a wicked discount, a new phone and a far more cost effective and exciting phone plan than my current.
