Bought a Play Station 5 and an extra controller from the store. Vanshika helped me with the billing. The extra controller that I bought was defected as the right joystick wasn’t calibrated properly or God knows what. Tried it for a week or two and went back to the store, they did not help me and told me to contact Sony customer service myself as the person helping me told me “OR else we have to get in touch with them which we can’t”. Left with my controller and now I have to contact them myself. The guy was very rude too as it was the last day of their return period and he did not process my return. Will never come back to the store.
