If I could give less than 1 star I would. I ordered a Garmin smartwatch which is normally around $400 dollars, for $199.99 on Boxing Day. Thought the price was too good to be true as the watch did not have prices anywhere near this one even on sale, but shrugged it off as a good Boxing Day deal. Turns out my thoughts were correct, as the next day I received a cancellation notice from the Source. When I called to ask why my order was cancelled, I received a response that the watch is out of stock – the delivery person went to pick it up but there was nothing to pick up. May I add that this was all done in a very unprofessional condescending tone, ensuring that I know what out of stock means. When asked how they could be selling something out of stock, as they have a limited number of pieces available and after that number of pieces have been ordered they shouldn’t even have the option to purchase the item anymore I was once again met with condescension and all I received was that their their stock number was originally wrong and there is nothing they can do about it. No solution, raincheck, or option to purchase a different version of the same watch was offered – not even a re-stock date. You would think that larger corporations such as this with nationwide franchises would take more accountability for the way they are conducting their business, but here we are…Absolutely and unbelievably disappointing customer service. Will not be shopping here again

Placed a large order online, paid in full, and selected pick up in store but they just couldn’t pull it together to fill my order. The store had no record of my order and looked at me dumbfounded and told me to call head office. I called and was told I would get a call back within 2 hours. No call. Called back and was told to wait 24 hours. Emailed and was told the best solution was to cancel the order bc there was a computer problem and the store couldn’t fill it. Every associate I spoke to both in store and online suggested to cancel my order. Wouldn’t a better solution be to mail my purchase with free express
shipping? Or another reasonable solution. I can’t believe how eager they were to cancel my order. I did cancel and will buy my item elsewhere along with two other expensive items I planned to buy in store when I picked up. I see now why everyone just orders from Amazon.
